Please note:

Transfers (Pickup & Drops) from Airport, railways station or bus stand are not included in the package.

The Hotel check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 Noon.

Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability.

Any incidentals such as Internet (other than complimentary basic Wifi), Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest directly at the time of check out.

You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com

10% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st Jan 2025

25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st March 2025

50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30^th June 2025

75% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15^th July 2025

No refund will be made for the requests made after to 16^th July 2025

Registration is not transferable.

Refunds will be made post conference.

Please note the GST paid during the registration cannot be refunded as it will be paid to the Govt. on monthly basis.
